Welcome to Edumiro (“the Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to teachers, students, and administrators.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Platform and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

Teachers: Teachers must register for an account to create and manage content such as worksheets, syllabuses, and lessons. Teachers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Students: Students may register for an account to access content provided by teachers. Students must provide accurate information during registration and keep their account information up to date.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Posting or uploading content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security. Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

Teacher Content: Teachers retain ownership of the content they create and upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote the content in connection with the services provided by the Platform. Student Submissions: Any content submitted by students, such as completed worksheets or assignments, remains the property of the student. By submitting content, students grant the Platform a limited license to use the content for educational purposes and to improve the services offered by the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided on the Platform, excluding user-generated content, are the intellectual property of Edumiro or its licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Payments and Refunds

Teachers: If the Platform offers paid features for teachers, payment terms will be outlined during the purchase process. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Students: Students may be required to pay for certain premium content or features. Payment terms and refund policies will be provided at the time of purchase.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Edumiro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall Edumiro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edumiro, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Azerbaijan/Baku], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
